How well do you know yourself?


Oftentimes we know if we like pizza or not. We know if we are allergic to eggs or not.


But how well do you really know yourself?


How well do you really know why you act and react in a certain way?


Why do certain things trigger you?


How do you define the true meaning of joy?


What do you REALLY want out of life?



The challenge begins January 8th and we want YOU to join us this Winter and work on REALLY knowing yourself, choosing yourself and giving of yourself!

KCG: A Practical Guide to Emotional Intelligence


During this 52 day challenge you will practice the concept of KCG, which stands for Know, Choose, Give.


Simply put, KCG is about being smart with your feelings and acts as a guide for both personal and professional success.


The challenge is developed to be completed over three months.


During the first month, you will practice the 'K' where you will come to truly KNOW yourself.


Then during the second month, you will practice the 'C', how to CHOOSE yourself.


Finally during month three, you will practice the 'G', the GIVING of yourself in a healthy and loving way.


Our hope for you is to form a healthy relationship with your thoughts, feelings and emotions.


In doing so, you'll be able to form healthier and supportive relationships with others around you.

Developing a Relationship with Yourself: A KCG Challenge


Every day you practice this challenge, you will develop a ritual of learning about yourself and journaling.


We ask that you set aside 20 minutes a day to work on yourself. This time can be longer if you pair it with an activity, meditation practice or physical movement.


The first ten days of each month contain a concept to work on along with reading and information to expand upon the concept.


The following eight to ten days each month follow more introspection.


Each of the concepts build upon the next resulting in a deeper understanding of what makes us act and react in situations.


This challenge also includes our BRAND NEW affirmation deck.


This 52 card deck was personally designed by me for this challenge to follow the concepts of KCG and help us to receive messages from the universe on a daily basis.


Each day, along with journaling about your KCG concepts, you will draw a card from the affirmation deck and apply it to your life.

This proactive self-care will only set you up for success in your day to day activities.


Our goal for you, at the end of the challenge, is for you to better understand yourself and how you fit into the world around you.


There is also have a private Facebook group in which you can interact with me and others taking the challenge.


We currently have over 130 people participating in the challenge and would love for you to be a part of it!
